Terms of use

These terms apply when you use Best Malaysian Hotels to search for and book accommodation. By making a booking you accept them, together with the conditions of the rate you choose.

Hotel information

Descriptions, photos, facilities and policies are supplied by our accommodation suppliers and the hotels. We display them as received and cannot guarantee that they are complete or current. If something is important to your stay, please confirm it with the hotel.

Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency returned for your search and are those available at the time of the search. Rates can change until a booking is confirmed. The total price, what it includes, and how and when payment is taken are shown before you confirm. Some hotels charge local taxes or fees on arrival; where the supplier provides this information it is shown with the rate.

Your booking

A booking is made when you receive a booking number. You need the booking number and PIN to view or cancel the booking under Check booking. Please keep them safe.

The guest details you enter must be accurate. The hotel may refuse check-in if the name on the booking does not match the guest's identification, or if its own check-in requirements (such as a minimum age or a deposit) are not met.

Cancellations and changes

Each rate shows its cancellation terms before you book. Non-refundable rates cannot be cancelled free of charge. Where a rate allows cancellation, you can cancel under Check booking before the stated deadline; any refund follows the terms of that rate.

Acceptable use

Do not use the site to make speculative or fraudulent bookings, or try to interfere with its operation.

Changes to these terms

The terms may be updated. The version shown on this page at the time of booking applies.
